In the cold fields of Canada, four hundred ostriches stand tall,
Defenseless against the shadows, where the government's axes fall.
Ruthless minions in uniform, with hearts as cold as ice,
Callously plotting their demise, for no reason, just to suffice.

Save the birds, Lord save them now, from the tyrant's hand,
Innocent lives in peril, across this stolen land.
Rise up for freedom's sake, don't let the darkness win,
Save the birds, before the end begins.

The owners fight through tears and chains, dreams shattered in the fray,
Freedom under siege by laws that twist and betray.
Henchmen stand with brutal force, no mercy in their eyes,
Destroying hopes and feathered souls, under darkened skies.

Save the birds, Lord hear the plea, from the hearts that bleed and break,
Innocent lives are fading fast, for heaven's sake.
Awaken now, the time is here, to shatter chains and fear,
Save the birds, and make the message clear.

A kill pen forged from wire fence and bales of withered hay,
Traps the birds in silent horror, as the people pray.
Outcries echo through the streets, but leaders turn away,
Ignoring calls to spare the flock, in their power play.

This is our cry for help, a desperate, urgent call,
To arms, to hearts, to every soul, before the mighty fall.
The destruction must be halted, the ruthlessness undone,
Join the fight for what's right, before the evil is done.

Save the birds, Lord save them all, hear our pleas and our cries,
Innocent lives demand our stand, with justice as our guide.
Stand against the iron fist, let your voices ring,
Save the birds, and let freedom sing.

Save the birds, and let freedom sing.
Save the birds, and let freedom sing.
Save the birds, and let freedom sing.
